We set up a time to chat on the phone or in person! I learn a little bit about you and your fiancé, the type of coverage you might be looking for, and some details of your special day (first look vs. no first look, plans for before the ceremony, special moments you would like captured, etc.). We go through my collections together, chat about which one might be the best fit for you, and I answer any questions you may have! We end by talking about next steps if you are interested in hearing about those!
Most couples go with full day coverage - Between $6,500-$8,000
Up to 10 Hours, but if you need more, we can absolutely customize this for you through my A La Carte options!
I always recommend envisioning your final gallery - do you want getting ready photos? Details such as jewelry, the dress, the invitations, etc? Do you want dancing coverage? Do you have a grand exit? Will there be any traveling between locations? If you answered yes to most of those questions, you will likely want full day coverage. If you're on the fence about how much coverage you would like, we can absolutely break down the parts of your day together to discuss what it would look like on a timeline.
This really depends on the collection you choose (the more hours of coverage, the more photos you'll have) and other variables such as the size of the wedding, the number of locations, the amount of details, etc. The gallery could be anywhere between 500-2000 photos. I truly believe in quality over quantity.
I typically recommend a 2nd photographer if you are looking for coverage that includes getting ready images in which the bride and groom are in different locations. Adding a second photographer also gets you additional coverage at your ceremony, additional time for bridal portraits as I stay with the bride the entire time, guest photos during the cocktail hour, etc.
Nope! This is YOUR day. I will gladly walk you through both scenarios (first look vs no first look) if you'd like, chat with you honestly about the pros and cons based on your projected timeline, and I will let you make the best decision for YOU. :)
You will receive a link to an online gallery in which you can download all of your edited images there. You can also share your link with your friends and family! The gallery will be up for 3 months. None of these images have watermarks.
If you wish to purchase prints or products from me after you receive your gallery, I can send you my pricing guide and we can set up a time to chat about your order. I do require a $15 minimum for orders.
Galleries are delivered within 4-8 weeks (depending on the time of year). I do offer rush service with a turn around time of 2-3 weeks for an additional charge.
Yay! After you inform me of the collection you would like, I will send you the contract and an invoice breaking down the costs - including the 30% nonrefundable deposit to be paid upon signing the contract. After the contract is signed, we create a timeline (or at least begin drafting one up based on your current plans), select a date for your engagement session, and then you receive a little gift package in the mail from me! :)
Yup!
Absolutely! Part of my welcome package upon signing your contact is my bridal guide which includes a vendor recommendation list!
I use Nikon mirrorless cameras and Nikon or Sigma lenses. I primarily use prime lenses, but do also use zoom lenses when necessary. I have several cameras and lenses that come with me to every wedding/shoot, so I am always prepared should anything ever happen. I also have my off camera flashes that I utilize when necessary (receptions, lowly lit rooms, etc.), but always opt for natural light whenever possible!
